Advance Life Aqua Pvt.Lmt All-Pulp Fruit Juice Processing Plant is a fully integrated, sanitary stainless-steel system designed for efficient pulp extraction, blending, thermal treatment and storage of fruit pulps and cloudy juices. Engineered for food industries, beverage manufacturers and processors, this plant delivers consistent quality, high yields, and easy cleaning — ideal for mango, guava, apple, orange, and other pulpy fruits.

Fruit Juices are made from fruit pulp/concentrate. Artificial sugar may or may not be added to the juice extracted. The sugar syrup is prepared first in a jacketed mixing tank and then it is mixed with fruit pulp, water along with other ingredients like flavour, color, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank. This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it and later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice. Industrial Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System

This plant is a modular production line that converts raw fruit into stabilized pulp or cloudy juice ready for packaging or further processing. Key capabilities shown in the photo include stainless storage/mixing tanks, sanitary piping, a plate-type pasteurizer/heat exchanger, centrifugal or dosing pump assemblies, and a control panel. The system handles these operations:

  • Washing & pre-handling (typically external to shown unit)
  • Crushing / pulping — breaking fruit into pulp and separating coarse particles.
  • Separation / screening — optional sieving or decanting to remove seeds/large fibers while keeping desirable pulp
  • Blending & formulation — stainless mixing tanks allow addition of sugar, preservatives, stabilizers, or water to target Brix and viscosity.
  • Pasteurization / thermal treatment — continuous plate heat exchanger or tubular pasteurizer rapidly heats and cools pulp to reduce microbial load while preserving flavor and color.
  • Homogenization (optional) — improves texture and stability for juice with suspended pulp.
  • Storage & buffering — multiple insulated stainless tanks for intermediate storage and batching.
  • Pumping & transfer — sanitary centrifugal pumps move product between modules.
  • CIP (Clean-In-Place) — sanitary design supports automated cleaning cycles for hygiene.
