CIP System — Clean-in-Place System (Advance Life Aqua Pvt. Lmt.)

Advance Life Aqua CIP (Clean-in-Place) System delivers reliable, hygienic, and automated cleaning for tanks, process lines, and production equipment used in dairy, food, and beverage industries. Skid-mounted and constructed in stainless steel, the system circulates cleaning liquids at controlled flow rates and pressures to remove residues, reduce microbial contamination, and maintain product quality. Available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic configurations, the CIP unit integrates clean water and alkali tanks, pumps, plate heat exchanger (PHE), valves, and a PLC/HMI control panel for programmable cleaning cycles. Ideal for improving sanitation, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with industry hygiene standards.

Industrial RO Water Purification System

How It Works ?

  • Pre-Rinse Pre-Flush: The CIP sequence begins with a water rinse that removes bulk solids and loose residues from tanks and pipelines.
  • Caustic/Alkaline Wash: Concentrated alkali solution is circulated at controlled temperature and flow rate to dissolve proteins, fats, and sugars. The heated alkali flow scours internal surfaces and eliminates deposits.
  • Intermediate Rinse:Fresh water flushes out residual alkali and detached soils.
  • Acid Wash / Descale (optional): An acid solution is circulated where mineral scale or inorganic residues require removal.
  • Final Rinse & Sanitation: A final sanitized water rinse (sometimes followed by a disinfectant or UV) ensures removal of chemical traces and achieves microbiological safety.
  • Drying / Drain: System drains and, if required, hot air or steam purges to reduce residual moisture.

All cycles are executed by pumps and flow control valves while the PLC/HMI panel controls sequence timing, temperatures, and flow parameters. Sensors (flow meters, temperature probes, conductivity meters) and pressure gauges monitor each stage to ensure validated cleaning effectiveness.

Main Components

  • Stainless Steel Tanks: Clean water tank, alkali tank, and acid tank (optional) (SS 304/SS 316 as per requirement).
  • Centrifugal / Rotary Pumps: For circulating cleaning fluids at required flow and pressure.
  • Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE): Heats or recovers heat for caustic wash to maintain cleaning temperature efficiently.
  • Valves and Piping: Sanitary tri-clamp fittings, pneumatic or motorized valves for automated routing.
  • Control Panel (PLC / HMI): Programmable controller to store cleaning recipes, auto sequence, alarms and manual override options.
  • Sensors & Instruments: Flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, conductivity/TDS meters for process control and validation.
  • Skid & Frame: Compact, skid-mounted structure for easy installation and minimal footprint.
  • Optional: UV sanitiser, conductivity-based automatic dosing, dosing pumps, steam injectors, and data logging / SCADA connectivity.
